Refund Policy

Our commitment to transparency extends to our billing. This policy outlines the conditions for refunds, cancellations, and subscription adjustments for our healthcare IT services.

Subscription Refunds

Section 01

SnehBharat services (HMS, LMS, Clinic, PHR) are billed on a subscription basis (Monthly/Quarterly/Annually).

  • Payments for the current billing cycle are non-refundable.
  • If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period.
  • We do not provide prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.

One-Time Setup Fees

Section 02

One-time implementation fees, on-site training costs, and customization charges are non-refundable once the service has commenced.


Exceptions & Service Failures

Section 03

SLA Breaches

If we fail to meet our guaranteed uptime as specified in your SLA, you may be eligible for service credits or a partial refund. These cases are reviewed individually by our clinical operations team.


Requesting a Refund

Section 04

To request a billing review or refund, please email billing@snehbharat.com with your Invoice Number and the reason for your request. We process all billing queries within 10 business days.
